Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Naomi Luxx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Naomi Luxx is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Naomi Luxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations at this time.
